The LF-1 2G is designed for falconers who want a compact transmitter without giving up practical battery life or dependable radio tracking performance.
At approximately 4 grams, it is the smallest transmitter in our standard LF Series lineup. Its simple design keeps weight low while still providing more than 500 hours of continuous operation from a single replaceable battery.
The LF-1 is a good choice when minimizing transmitter size and weight is important, but the extremely low weight of our Special Series is not required.

Mounting Options
The LF-1 2G can be ordered in several mounting configurations:
Transmitter Only - For customers who already have their preferred mounting hardware.
Leather Bewit — A traditional leg-mount option for falconry use.
Tail Mount — For use with compatible tail-mount systems.

Choosing Your Frequency
L.L. Electronics transmitters are available on a variety of radio-tracking frequencies.
Select one of the available frequencies when ordering, or request a custom frequency if you need to match an existing tracking system. If you are unsure which frequency you need, contact us with the receiver and equipment you currently use and we can help determine compatibility.

392 Silver Oxide Batteries
Models Include:
LF-1 non special - One battery to operate
LF-2 & LF3 non special - Two batteries to operate
XLF 3v - Two batteries to operate
XLF 6v - Four batteries to operate
Battery Holders are used to secure the battery in place during use. These holders are for the LF-1 transmitter that uses one 392 Battery.

Standard replacement antennas at 13 inches long correspond with the LF-2G Series Transmitters as well as the XLF-Series Transmitters.
