The returns policy of L.L. Electronics and F&L Electronics states that all returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Returns are only accepted in brand new condition and must be tested prior to placing on an animal. Refunds will be given for products returned in new condition, less all related shipping charges.
