Warning: Do NOT use low drain or zinc air batteries.

Low drain batteries will cause the transmitter to operate erratically and even fail, particularly in colder conditions. Zinc air batteries require oxygen and may break down when exposed to the elements. We supply and recommend Eveready™ as the OEM battery due to their universal high drain designation.
